The 4-step process even if you're not a planner!
Summer is often a time of vacations and relaxing, but also, intensives and summer camps, and usually whole love of planning! If you are someone like me who loves a good planner, color codes everything and enjoys mapping out your season, I’m excited to share my planning process with you. And if you are NOT a planner, I encourage you to stick around. Because just like we give ourselves labels in dance that aren’t helpful like “I’m not a turner,” or “ I can’t do left” saying to yourself “I’m not a planner” isn’t helping you. While it may not come as naturally as it does for others, that doesn’t mean you can’t do it. If you want to see some growth in your dancers next year, let’s talk about the 4 step planning process that will help you make it happen.
Here are some highlights:
- [2m 05s] Step 1: Review
- [5m 45s] Step 2: Choose a singular focus
- [7m 35s] Step 3: Calendar the big events
- [9m 04s] Step 4: Dial in on the first quarter
