Increase Joy and Motivation When You Celebrate Small Wins
We naturally bond over shared complaints rather than shared wins. Why do we find a better connection with people when we share our frustrations? Why do we simultaneously feel like we aren’t allowed to share a win or it’s boastful? Research even shows that while we may bond over shared complaints, it can put us all in a bad mood. So why don’t we share wins and put everyone in a good mood instead? Let’s talk about why sharing wins is hard, but we need to do it more often.

Competition Confidence Workshops
For the dancers who need an injection of confidence before taking the competition floor, workshops are available for school teams or studios to discuss mental preparation. We go deeper than just mindset and apply it to dance by identifying their personal “performance numbers” and discussing ways to intentionally shift their body and brain to be in an ideal state when it's time to compete.
Workshops are available in-person or virtually. Click the link below for more info!
